These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdStar classifieds marketplace, operated by Abservetech. By creating an account or using AdStar you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use AdStar. Posting ads. You may post ads for goods and services that you are legally entitled to sell. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, including descriptions, prices and images. Prohibited items — including illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous or restricted goods — must not be listed. We may remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these Terms. Transactions between users. AdStar is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transactions between users, we do not take possession of items, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any item or the truth of any listing. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing terms, completing payment and arranging delivery or collection between themselves. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, including by posting spam or fraudulent content, harassing other users, scraping data, or attempting to circumvent our security or moderation. Promoted or paid placements, where offered, are subject to the rates and rules shown at the time of purchase. Disclaimers and liability. AdStar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abservetech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from dealings with other users. Changes and contact. We may update these Terms from time to time and will publish the revised version in the app; continued use after changes means you accept them.
