AdStar is operated by Abservetech ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the AdStar classifieds marketplace, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using AdStar you agree to the practices described here. Information we collect. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose to add one, a profile photo. When you post an ad we collect the listing details, images and location you provide. We also automatically collect limited technical data such as your device type, app version and IP address to keep the service secure and working correctly. How we use your information. We use your information to operate the marketplace: to publish your ads, to let buyers and sellers contact each other, to send service notifications, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Sharing. Your public profile name, ratings and the contents of the ads you publish are visible to other users. We share data with service providers (for example hosting, payment and messaging providers) only as needed to run AdStar, and with authorities where the law requires it. Your choices and rights. You can view and edit your profile, delete your ads, and request deletion of your account at any time from within the app. You may also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
